Fault reports and abuse notifications

Report service faults via SMS to our emergency number: 044 022 1550 (SMS only)

You can submit an abuse report using the contact form provided. Please describe the situation as accurately as possible — including the time of the incident, any relevant IP address, domain name, email subject, or other technical details. Abuse reports are handled confidentially, and we do not use the reporter’s information for any other purpose.

Please note that we do not currently offer a bug bounty program.
